This project’s multifaceted focus began with the prioritization of objectives within the context of the new electricity law. This pivotal step set the stage for streamlined progress in the evolving energy landscape.

Gap analysis formed a crucial component, crafting a strategic vision that harmonized with emerging trends and demands. Additionally, technology assessment ensured alignment with cutting-edge solutions, setting the groundwork for optimal growth.

Capacity development was a central pillar, equipping teams with essential expertise in energy planning, operations and maintenance, digital transformation, and PV systems. This empowerment paved the way for seamless adaptation to industry shifts.

Our role also extended to developing Terms of Reference (ToR) and procurement strategies for a substantial AFD TA/TC program, earmarked at 1.5 Million €. This strategic move facilitated effective resource allocation and execution.

The project’s culmination involved a comprehensive assessment of the Zafarana wind park. This in-depth evaluation provided insights that further informed strategic decision-making.

For our customer, an articulated strategy aligned with evolving energy landscapes provided clarity for future directions. With a clear vision endorsed by top-level management, a dynamic roadmap took shape, abundant with a detailed activity timeline and a cohesive deployment sequence.
