Our project was driven by a demand for technical expertise in key regulatory aspects related to e-mobility. We provided vital backstopping, ensuring that regulatory topics were aligned with the evolving landscape of electric transportation.

A significant facet of our engagement involved presenting the electricity regulatory landscape in pivotal governmental meetings, taskforces, and discussions. This strategic move fostered clarity and consensus, facilitating informed decision-making.

Our project also entailed the formulation of operational models across various layers, ranging from customers to infrastructure. These models were meticulously defined, creating a comprehensive framework that underpinned the seamless integration of e-mobility solutions.

Further enhancing our impact, we undertook the development of electricity tariffs for both public and private charging infrastructure. This endeavor played a pivotal role in shaping the economic dynamics of the e-mobility landscape.

Our recommended policies and regulations laid the groundwork for the expansion of the electric vehicle (EV) market and charging station networks. With the active involvement of both private and public sectors, the envisioned market upscaling of EVs and charging stations gained substantial momentum.
