E-Mobility Promotional Strategy of Botswana

In this project, our team embarked on a comprehensive journey to transform Botswana’s e-mobility sector. It began with a meticulous Gap Analysis, delving into the current market status and identifying the ambitious aspirations that lie ahead. This analysis was a pivotal foundation, setting the stage for strategic evolution.

Central to our engagement was the crafting of an e-Mobility Promotion Strategy, meticulously designed to align with global best practices while intricately considering Botswana’s unique market role. This strategy was a comprehensive roadmap, guiding the country’s vision for e-mobility.

Our team also formulated a detailed e-Mobility Implementation Strategy, tailored to Botswana’s specific capabilities and resources. This strategy formed a cohesive plan, poised to drive actionable steps toward the envisioned e-mobility transformation.

Our project delivered a roadmap featuring a curated selection of candidate initiatives across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons. The engagement extended beyond strategy; we fostered heightened awareness among stakeholders through informative physical workshops, facilitating an informed and collaborative journey.
